Key responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining highquality software using Python and related frameworks.
• Designing and implementing efficient and reusable code for various applications.
• Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to define design and ship new features.
• Identifying and fixing bottlenecks and bugs to ensure the performance and stability of applications.
• Writing effective and scalable code for both frontend and backend components.
• Participating in code reviews and actively providing feedback to ensure high quality and standards.
• Integrating userfacing elements developed by frontend developers with serverside logic.
• Implementing security and data protection measures.
• Testing and debugging programs to ensure software functionality and optimization.
• Documenting software specifications and training users to operate new programs.
• Staying updated with industry trends and best practices to continually improve development processes.

Required qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as a Python Developer or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Python its best practices and related frameworks such as Django.
• Proficiency in serverside logic and integrating frontend components with serverside logic.
• Experience with relational databases and SQL ensuring applications implement data security and protection.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies such as JavaScript HTML and CSS.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and contribute to the overall success of the teams goals.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git for code versioning and collaboration.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and optimize applications.
• Experience in software testing and debugging to ensure software functionality and optimization.
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
• Keen attention to detail and ability to deliver highquality work within deadlines.
• Continuous learning mindset and the ability to adapt to new technologies and tools.
• Certifications in Python or related technologies will be an added advantage.
