Responsibilities:
- Enhance the Learner Journey: Spearhead the management of the entire user lifecycle delivering an exceptional and seamless experience for all users and learners both pre and postsales.
- User Support: Actively respond to user comments and queries through voice chat or email providing timely and effective solutions that exceed expectations.
- Drive Performance Excellence: Consistently achieve and surpass performance metrics including quality productivity feedback and attendance setting new standards for success.
- Foster Deep Engagement: Address user queries suggestions and remarks with a focus on building strong relationships and fostering deep user engagement and loyalty.

Requirements:
- 12 years of experience in core operations is a must
- Should have excellent communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Should possess strong skills in MS Excel.
- Ability to interpret customer engagement metrics and use them to enhance user experience.
- Attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality.
