Job Description:
We are seeking a detailoriented and proactive Finance Intern to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records processing orders and collaborating with various departments to optimize inventory processes using Zoho Inventory. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in commerce or supply chain management to gain handson experience in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
- Maintain accurate inventory records in Zoho Inventory.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and reconcile differences.
- Configure and optimize Zoho Inventory settings to align with organizational requirements.
- Create inventory items groups and stock items.
Order Processing:
- Process sales and purchase orders within Zoho Inventory.
- Manage sales and purchase returns and process credit & debit notes.
- Prepare sales invoices delivery challans GRN and Eway bills.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate comprehensive inventory reports using Zoho Inventory.
- Post purchase entries and update payment details in Zoho.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with procurement sales and other departments to streamline inventory processes.
- Ensure seamless communication and coordination between departments to support inventory management.
Technical Requirements:
- Proficiency in Zoho Inventory.
- Basic knowledge of Excel formulas and Word.
Qualifications:
- A commerce graduate or currently pursuing a degree in commerce.
- Background in supply chain management or a related field is preferred.
