Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Designing developing and testing electrical systems and components
• Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to integrate electrical systems into products
• Conducting research to gather information on new technologies and materials
• Developing project plans budgets and timelines for electrical engineering projects
• Performing risk assessments and mitigation for electrical systems
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation for electrical designs and systems
• Providing technical support and guidance to production and installation teams
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Identifying and troubleshooting electrical issues and providing solutions
• Managing project milestones and deliverables
• Collaborating with vendors and suppliers for electrical components and materials
• Conducting feasibility studies and cost analysis for electrical projects
• Participating in design reviews and recommending improvements
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives for electrical systems
• Training and mentoring junior electrical engineering staff

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering
• Proficiency in CAD software for electrical design
• Knowledge of electrical codes and regulations
• Experience with power distribution systems and controls
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Understanding of safety and quality standards for electrical systems
• Experience with project management and resource allocation
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment
• Familiarity with sustainable and energyefficient electrical technologies
• Adaptability to new technologies and industry trends
