Job Description

Overview:

The Vice President of Infrastructure Datacenter Sales & Solutions plays a crucial role in driving the organizations revenue through the identification and implementation of datacenter solutions across various industries. The individual will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to expand the organizations market share and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Lead mentor and motivate a highperforming sales team.
  • Identify new business opportunities and foster relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales propositions and campaigns.
  • Drive the development and implementation of innovative datacenter solutions to address client needs.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Oversee the negotiation and closing of sales deals.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts budgets and reports to senior management.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a senior sales management role within the datacenter solutions industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Indepth understanding of datacenter technologies and solutions.
  • Strong leadership and teambuilding skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in strategic planning and market analysis.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Experience in managing and motivating a geographically dispersed sales team.
  • Strategic business acumen and decisionmaking capabilities.
