Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive documentation using tools like MS Office
• Analyze data related to policy performance customer demographics and market trends
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and propose corrective actions as needed
• Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external partners
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between different stakeholders
• Assist the New Business Development Team in researching market trends and competitive landscape
• Provide analytical support in developing and evaluating new insurance products and services
• Conduct feasibility studies and prepare business cases for new initiatives
