• Ensure 100% accurate valuation by capturing correct cartage applying proper stone deduction and preventing spurious/unacceptable ornaments.
• Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with Companys policies and procedures including KYC adherence.
• Verify customer KYC details and complete online registration processes.
• Coordinate with the Manager and stakeholders for loan approval.
• Attract new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers to generate renewal and referral business.
• Resolve customer queries and concerns during the loan processing stage.
• Participate in business development activities to enhance the brand visibility of company Gold Loan in the catchment areas and generate leads for potential customers.

• Graduate with 12 years of experience in Gold Appraisal Valuation Checking and Handling.
• Excellent communication skills in the local language and basic proficiency in English.
• Possession of a twowheeler and a valid driving license is mandatory.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
