Out client is looking for fluent German speakers to work as technical support advisors in an office in Lisbon.
Responsibilities
- Technical support for hardware solutions by phone email chat
- Basic troubleshooting using diagnostic software
- Advise on workarounds and provision of alternative solutions
- Carry out simple repairs
- Focus on tablets for holding videoconferences as well as virtual reality headsets and glasses
Qualifications
C2 level of German
B2 level of English
Good communication and soft skills
Experience in technical troubleshooting
