Position: Sales Development Representative (North American Region)
Employment Type: FullTime Permanent

Location: Chennai India

The Opportunity:
Using our AIbased product we are innovating the way enterprises look at operations. As a Sales Development Representative you will get the chance to work within this exciting AI and Hyperautomation space. In this role youll have the autonomy to shape your success while thriving in a fastpaced dynamic environment. Youll play a crucial role in accelerating our market presence by effectively managing inbound inquiries and converting cold outbound leads.

The Responsibilities:
As a Sales Development Representative you will be executing researchdriven conversations
with initial contacts and key accounts to achieve an increased conversion rate. You will also have
the opportunity to participate in crossfunctional collaboration with the dynamic marketing team to
develop effective campaigns that attract potential leads.

You will:
  • Build a robust pipeline of potential clients by engaging in strategic cold calling and turning initial contacts into promising leads.
  • Effectively nurture and convert cold outbound leads to increase the rate of conversion.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to drive the journey from a prospect to a customer for a smooth transition.
  • Crosscollaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to strategize and develop effective
  • initiatives that attract potential leads.
  • Maintain data hygiene by keeping uptodate information of prospects using CRM Application.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor s degree strongly preferred high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 13 years of experience in Sales/Business Development experience preferably in B2B sales. Experience in the North American region is a plus.
  • Proficient in English Communication both written and verbal.
  • Must be willing to work during the night shift (IST 6 PM 2 AM) since you will be primarily working with leads from the North American Region.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in CRM would be an advantage.
  • Proven time management skills in a dynamic sales environment.
  • SelfDriven with a strong motivation to build a successful company.
