Overview:
The Director 1 Healthcare Technology Management plays a pivotal role in overseeing the strategic planning implementation and management of healthcare technology systems within the organization. This role is essential in ensuring that the healthcare technology infrastructure is aligned with the organizations objectives regulatory requirements and industry best practices ultimately contributing to the delivery of highquality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of healthcare technology strategies and initiatives.
- Oversee the selection deployment and maintenance of healthcare technology systems and equipment.
- Manage a team of healthcare technology professionals providing leadership guidance and support.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare technology regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to optimize healthcare technology integration and interoperability.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts in healthcare technology processes and workflows.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Healthcare Management Information Technology Engineering or related field.
- Masters degree in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration is preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in healthcare technology management or related roles.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing healthcare technology projects and teams.
- Indepth knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards related to healthcare technology.
- Strong understanding of healthcare information systems medical devices and clinical technology.
- Proven ability to develop and implement healthcare technology strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze complex healthcare technology issues and develop effective solutions.
- Certification in Healthcare Technology Management or related areas is a plus.
