Job Description

Overview:

The Human Resource position plays a critical role in ensuring the organizations human capital is effectively managed. The HR professional will be responsible for recruiting onboarding and maintaining positive employee relations. They will also oversee performance management and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Conduct onboarding for new hires including orientation and induction programs
  • Administer employee compensation and benefits programs
  • Oversee performance management processes including appraisals and talent development
  • Handle employee relations including conflict resolution and grievance procedures
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and HR best practices
  • Develop and monitor overall HR policies and procedures
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives for employees
  • Manage employee engagement and retention initiatives
  • Support the implementation of HR programs including employee wellness and diversity
  • Handle HR administration such as recordkeeping and HRIS maintenance
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends
  • Collaborate with management to support organizational goals and objectives

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
  • Proven work experience as an HR professional or similar role
  • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Demonstrated experience in fullcycle recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Strong understanding of performance management and employee relations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proactive and serviceoriented approach towards HR responsibilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fastpaced environment
  • HR certification (e.g. SHRMCP PHR) is a plus
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Ability to analyze data and present insights to support HR decisionmaking
