The Role


We are looking for enthusiastic and customeroriented individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service.

Job Title: Customer Delight Executive
Location: Mahalakshmi Mumbai
Experience: 04 Years

Winvesta is a rapidly growing fintech company on a mission to make crossborder payments and investment hasslefree and affordable for Indians. This Program is designed for fresh graduates or individuals with up to one year of experience.

As a Customer Delight Executive at Winvesta you will start with a 3month internship providing you the chance to develop skills and gain valuable experience in customer support across various products. During this internship we will train you not only in serving customers but also in building and scaling products and understanding fintech in general.
Following this training based on your performance there is a potential for permanent placement allowing you to showcase your abilities and commitment to this role.

Responsibilities:
  1. Engage with customers through phone calls chat and email to provide excellent support and assistance.
  2. Handle customer escalations efficiently and effectively ensuring timely resolutions and customer satisfaction.
  3. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally providing accurate and helpful information about our products and services.
  4. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer success and provide solutions that meet their needs.
  5. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer questions and concerns.
  6. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  7. Maintain accurate and uptodate customer records using our CRM system.
  8. Assist in preparing customer training materials and conduct training sessions for new customers as necessary.

Requirements:
  1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
  2. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively across various channels.
  3. Strong problemsolving and analytical skills with the ability to handle escalations and find appropriate resolutions.
  4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
  5. Detailoriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  6. Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  7. A positive and customercentric attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
