The Role


We are seeking a talented and experienced Presales Executive to join our team
Job Title: Financial Products Sales Executive
Location: Mahalakshmi Mumbai
Experience: 04 years

Winvesta is a rapidly growing fintech company on a mission to make crossborder payments and investment hasslefree and affordable for Indians. Were looking for a talented and ambitious PreSales Executive to join our team!.
In this role you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in generating new leads qualifying new prospects nurturing and onboarding them and educating potential clients about our products and services. You will also be responsible for collaborating on sales strategies to drive business growth.
The ideal candidate should be customercentric enjoy interacting and engaging with clients possess excellent communication skills can multitask well and be keen to work in a challenging and dynamic environment.
You must demonstrate a constant curiosity and willingness to push your boundaries.

Responsibilities:
  • Qualify leads by understanding their needs and demonstrate how our products/services can help them.
  • Educate potential clients on our products/services and how they can benefit their business or personal finance needs.
  • Manage and nurture a lead pipeline to ensure prompt followup and closure.
  • Conduct market research represent the company at industry events and gatherings to identify potential leads and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized sales pitches and presentations.
  • Build and maintain a strong working relationship with clients by engaging with them through phone calls chat and email to provide excellent support and assistance.
  • Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally and collaborate with other teams to handle complex queries ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer success and provide solutions that meet their needs including identifying opportunities to upsell/crosssell to existing clients.
  • Maintain a regular feedback loop with product and design teams to convey client feedback and recommendations for product improvement
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate customer records using our CRM system.

Requirements
  • 04 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills especially in English both verbal and written
  • Confident and persuasive with the ability to close sales.
  • Interest in speaking with customers and empathy to help resolve their issues
  • Ability to handle objections and escalations
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Selfmotivated with a strong drive
  • Ability to adapt to a fastpaced environment.
  • Professional and friendly demeanor.
