Position: Telecaller
Experience: 6 months to 2 years
Salary: 10000 to 12000
Location: Raipur
Preference: Male

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound and inbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Provide detailed information about products and services to customers.
• Maintain a database of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Follow up with customers and address any queries or concerns.
• Achieve daily and monthly targets set by the company.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service role.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Basic knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
