Job Role:US Insurance Renewal Agent
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detailoriented and experienced Insurance Renewal and Agreements Manager to oversee and manage our US insurance renewal process and maintain insurance agreements. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of insurance policies excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage relationships with insurance providers and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Insurance Renewal Process:
- Manage the annual insurance renewal process for all USbased policies including property liability workers' compensation and other relevant coverages.
- Coordinate with insurance brokers and providers to gather renewal quotes negotiate terms and ensure competitive pricing.
- Review and assess policy renewals for coverage adequacy compliance and alignment with organizational needs.
- Prepare and present renewal recommendations and documentation to senior management.
- Agreement Maintenance:
- Maintain comprehensive records of all insurance agreements including policy details coverage limits and expiration dates.
- Ensure timely updates and renewals of agreements managing expiration alerts and ensuring no lapses in coverage.
- Monitor and track compliance with policy terms and conditions and address any discrepancies or issues with insurance providers.
- Stakeholder Coordination:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all insurancerelated inquiries from internal departments and external partners.
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure alignment of insurance policies with company strategies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide guidance and support on insurance matters to internal stakeholders including risk management and claims handling.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports on insurance coverage renewal statuses and cost analysis for senior management.
- Analyze insurance trends and market conditions to make informed recommendations for policy adjustments or changes.
- Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure all insurance practices comply with federal state and industry regulations.
- Maintain uptodate documentation and records related to insurance policies and agreements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Finance Risk Management or a related field.
- years of experience in insurance management or a related role with a focus on renewal processes and agreement maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of insurance policies coverage types and industry best practices.
- Proven experience in negotiating with insurance providers and managing complex agreements.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and insurance management software.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional certification such as Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) or Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU).
- Experience working in a corporate environment with multiple insurance policies.
