Sr Product Designer

Responsibilities:

• Lead Product Design Projects: Oversee product design projects focusing on customer acquisition and retention.
  
• Conduct UX Research: Perform UX research to stay aligned with user preferences and derive actionable insights for the business.
  
• Guide UX Designers: Mentor and guide UX designers on best practices to ensure timely and highquality project delivery.
  
• Facilitate Collaboration: Lead brainstorming sessions with stakeholders to foster collaboration and innovative thinking.
  
• Monitor & Adapt: Track and analyze the impact of design decisions on user behavior and adapt strategies to maximize business outcomes.
  
• Manage Design System: Collaborate with Visual Designers UI Designers and the Tech team to maintain and evolve the Design System.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in consumerfacing product companies designing digital products.
  
• A portfolio that demonstrates the impact of your designs on business and consumer experiences.
  
• Extensive experience in delivering product features on Android and iOS applications.
  
• Strong understanding of how design impacts business metrics.
  
• Proficiency in Figma.
