Senior IT Manager

Note: This role does not offer visa sponsorship. We are only looking for candidates in Germany who speak German (C1 or above) and English (C1 or above) languages.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• IT System Management: Oversee all IT systems within our headquarters and clinical facilities configuring them to best support users and drive innovation.
  
• Security Implementation: Develop and enforce robust IT security measures across all domains to continually protect systems and data integrity.
  
• Documentation: Maintain uptodate architecture infrastructure and process documentation to contribute to a wellorganized and professional environment.
  

Requirements

• Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  
• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in IT system and server administration with a solid understanding of infrastructure as code principles.
  
• Service Familiarity: Knowledge of several of the following services or topics: Microsoft 365 Microsoft Intune Security Tools Backups Endpoint Management and Network Management.
  
• Language Skills: Proficiency in German and English at C1 level with strong communication skills.
  
• Adaptability: Ability to excel in a dynamic startup environment thriving in fastpaced and everchanging conditions. You naturally take ownership and are eager to assume responsibility within and beyond your role.
