Senior SEO Manager

Note: This role does not offer visa sponsorship. We are only looking for candidates in Germany who speak German (C1 or above) and English (C1 or above) languages.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• SEO Strategy Development: Create and implement effective SEO strategies to boost organic visibility traffic and conversions for our websites and the Greator magazine.
  
• Keyword Research & Analysis: Conduct keyword research competitor analyses and onpage optimizations.
  
• SEO Metrics Monitoring: Continuously monitor and analyze SEO key metrics and derive optimization measures.
  
• Technical SEO: Optimize website technical aspects including crawling indexing and troubleshooting.
  
• Content Creation & Optimization: Produce highquality content and optimize existing content for optimal search engine placement.
  
• CrossDepartment Collaboration: Work closely with content marketing web development and paid marketing teams to integrate and enhance the SEO strategy.
  
• SEO Trends & Innovations: Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and developments to implement innovative strategies and best practices.
  

Requirements

• Professional Experience: Substantial experience in the SEO field ideally in a similar role or environment.
  
• Language Skills: Proficiency in German at C2 level.
  
• Educational Background: A degree in communication media or marketing is desirable but relevant experience is more crucial.
  
• SEO Expertise: Indepth knowledge of SEO strategies tools and best practices.
  
• Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing SEO metrics and using tools such as Google Analytics Search Console Ahrefs SEMrush etc.
  
• Technical SEO Knowledge: Solid understanding of technical SEO optimization.
  
• CMS Optimization: Experience in optimizing websites for various content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
  
• Data Interpretation: Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  
• Creative Content: Creativity and an eye for producing highquality content.
  
• Team Collaboration: Teamoriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
