Job Description

Work Mode: Work From Office

Experience: Minimum 3 years North American Customer Care Experience required (with French/Spanish language background)

Headcount: 80 Positions Available

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in customer service particularly in the North American market. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in multiple languages including English Hindi Spanish and French.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries efficiently and professionally.
  • Provide topnotch customer service ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Engage in problemsolving and conflict resolution maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless operations and customer success.
  • Participate in HR and operational interview rounds and facilitate the joining formalities for new hires.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor s degree is mandatory.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a customer service agent in the North American market.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and/or French is mandatory.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and customercentric mindset.


Benefits

Salary Structure:

  • Tier 1:
    • Languages: Hindi/English French/Spanish
    • Salary: 32000 CTC 36000 CTC (Depending on communication skills)
  • Tier 2:
    • Languages: French / Spanish
    • Salary: 55000 CTC

Shift Details:

  • 24/7 rotational shifts.
  • 5 days working with 2 weekly offs.
