Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in customer service particularly in the North American market. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in multiple languages including English Hindi Spanish and French.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries efficiently and professionally.
- Provide topnotch customer service ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Engage in problemsolving and conflict resolution maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless operations and customer success.
- Participate in HR and operational interview rounds and facilitate the joining formalities for new hires.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor s degree is mandatory.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a customer service agent in the North American market.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in Spanish and/or French is mandatory.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and customercentric mindset.
Benefits
Salary Structure:
- Tier 1:
- Languages: Hindi/English French/Spanish
- Salary: 32000 CTC 36000 CTC (Depending on communication skills)
- Tier 2:
- Languages: French / Spanish
- Salary: 55000 CTC
Shift Details:
- 24/7 rotational shifts.
- 5 days working with 2 weekly offs.
