Job Description

Reservation Executive



Job Description

Managing reservations and booking requests from customers.

Ensuring accurate and timely reservation processing.

Providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to reservations.

Handling incoming reservation requests via phone email or online platforms.

Confirming reservations and sending confirmation details to customers.

Coordinating with other departments to ensure the availability of rooms or services.

Managing cancelations and modifications to existing reservations.

Maintaining accurate records of reservations and customer information.

Maintaining reports on a Regular Basis and submit to the Reservation Head.


REQUIREMENTS:


1. Previous reservations leadership in a 30 bedroom 4* hotel/resort OR 5 * hotel/resort

2. Should have Diploma/Degree in Hotel/Tourism Management

3. A passion for driving the Guest experience with the ability to respond to Guest feedback

4. Excellent communication skills and a positive leadership style

5. Should be a team player


Ready for relocation as per company decision



Salary will be as per Industry Standards
