Responsibilities:

• Manage all catering logistics from loadin to strike for events of all sizes
  
• Ensure exceptional food quality presentation and service standards
  
• Coordinate with culinary and bar teams to execute fullservice catering
  
• Maintain immaculate catering stations and adhere to all health/safety protocols
  

Requirements
