Our client a global stock company is looking for a topnotch talent to join their firm:

• Responsible for establishing managing and developing retail business operations.
  
• Oversee the development and implementation of retail products and services.
  
• Support relevant departments in developing operational policies for retail business activities (such as incentive policies for official brokers or affiliates).
  
• Responsible for building the brand and capturing market share in retail.
  

Requirements

Proven track record of launching and growing retail businesses within the securities industry.

Deep understanding of the retail landscape in Vietnams securities market.

Skilled in managing a network of accredited securities brokers or partners.

Strong connections with various securities firms.

Five years of experience managing retail services at leading Vietnamese securities firms.

Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Fluency in English.

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 10 years of B2B sales experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role within a large-scale technology company or conglomerate Proven track record of building and executing successful business plans Strong financial acumen, including experience with P&L management Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to inspire, motivate, and coach high-performing teams Passion for technology and a strong entrepreneurial spirit
