What You Bring to the Table:

• A bachelors or preferably a masters degree ideally in Computer Science or a related field.
  
• Certified Scrum Master (PSM1 PSM2) with at least 3 years of proven experience.
  
• Experience working with multicultural teams and coaching highperforming teams.
  
• Familiarity with Agile practices solid development methodologies and serviceoriented environments.
  
• Strong skills in servant leadership facilitation situational awareness conflict resolution and empowering teams.
  
• Excellent communication and mentoring abilities with a focus on fostering an environment of openness honesty and respect.
  
• Proficiency in English with fluency in Dutch being an advantage.
  
• Proven experience in roles such as developer tester or business analyst.
  
• Preferably experience in a financial institution or financial environment.
