1. Lead Financial Accounting and Corporate Reporting
- Ensure adherence to all relevant financial and tax regulations.
- Oversee accurate and timely submission of financial statements and tax returns.
- Mentor and develop the finance team in technical skills and reporting standards.
- Translate complex financial information into clear and actionable insights for nonfinancial stakeholders.
- Enhance financial reports with forwardlooking information to reflect the companys potential.
- Lead sustainability and integrated reporting initiatives for a comprehensive view of financial health.
- Collaborate with senior management to shape and guide the organizations longterm financial strategy.
- Provide insightful analysis to support strategic decisionmaking and align with overall business goals.
2. Manage Strategic Planning and Budgeting
- Develop business strategies and resolve complex issues using a strategic and analytical approach.
- Identify and pursue new growth opportunities to sustain business success.
- Drive the forecasting and budgeting process to align financial resources with strategic objectives.
- Ensure budgets are sustainable and support strategic goals making necessary adjustments.
- Regularly monitor budget performance and conduct variance analysis to assess financial health.

3. Process Improvement and Resource Management
- Lead efforts to redesign core business processes for enhanced productivity and operational efficiency.
- Support capitalraising initiatives to secure necessary funds for growth and operations.
- Oversee cash flow management to support business growth and operational needs.
- Provide advice on sustainability practices to address financial environmental and social impacts.
4. Governance and Risk Management
- Identify and manage risks across the organization providing comprehensive assessments and mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with laws regulations and internal policies fostering an ethical culture.
- Provide executive support to the Board of Directors with financial and nonfinancial information.
- Implement and maintain effective governance infrastructure and information systems.
- Foster an ethical culture and engage senior management in resolving ethical dilemmas.
- Assess and manage remaining uncertainties even after implementing controls.
5. Change Management in Finance
- Use analytics to identify business growth opportunities and potential risks.
- Connect nonfinancial drivers to financial outcomes through detailed analysis.
- Utilize predictive analytics to forecast future performance and conduct stress testing.
- Lead the development of innovative financial processes and technologies to build valueadded capabilities.
- Deliver analyticsdriven insights to create competitive advantages and support strategic business decisions.
6. Communication and Stakeholder Engagement
- Support management in communicating financial and business information to investors and stakeholders.
- Lead engagement efforts with stakeholders on risk compliance and financial performance issues.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and support
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related fields.
- Possess professional certifications like CPA or ACCA (preferred).
- At least 10 years of experience in financial management and controlling roles ideally within the hospitality or real estate industry.
- Possesses experience in multiproperty management
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of financial accounting principles IFRS and local regulations.
- Possess proven experience in financial planning budgeting forecasting and analysis.
- Be highly proficient in financial systems and software including ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
- Exhibit excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and management skills capable of motivating and developing a team.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
- Have a proactive mindset and a proven track record of driving process improvements and implementing best practices.
