Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related fields.
  
• Possess professional certifications like CPA or ACCA (preferred).
  
• At least 10 years of experience in financial management and controlling roles ideally within the hospitality or real estate industry.
  
• Possesses experience in multiproperty management
  
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of financial accounting principles IFRS and local regulations.
  
• Possess proven experience in financial planning budgeting forecasting and analysis.
  
• Be highly proficient in financial systems and software including ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
  
• Exhibit excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  
• Demonstrate strong leadership and management skills capable of motivating and developing a team.
  
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
