With offices located nationwide were looking for enthusiastic individuals who are eager to make an impact in the world of Environmental Social and Governance (ESG) investing.

Key Responsibilities:
Support ESG Product Strategy: Assist in addressing ESGrelated client needs across institutional and retail channels with a focus on climaterelated objectives.

Business Development: Work with the team on Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and conduct due diligence for new investment opportunities.

Research and Analysis: Perform detailed portfolio research and quantitative analysis using Excel Bloomberg and ESG data providers.
Reporting: Produce regular reports and market commentary on ESG products including weekly monthly and quarterly updates.

Project Management: Help manage the project queue prioritize tasks and coordinate with account managers to maintain strong client relationships.

Client Servicing and Marketing: Serve as a resource for client servicing and marketing teams addressing asset allocation and ESGrelated inquiries.

Marketing Materials: Maintain and update ESG marketing materials including presentation books.

Content Development: Assist in creating ESGrelated content such as sustainability reports and market analyses.

AdHoc Research: Conduct research on market developments and competitors such as trends in the green bond market.
Product Development: Support the development of new ESGrelated investment products and funds.

What Were Looking For:
Education: Recent graduates with a Bachelors degree in Business Finance Economics Mathematics Accounting or a related field. ESG Advisor Certification
Interest in ESG: A strong interest in ESG issues and sustainable investing is essential.

Skills: Proficiency in Excel and a willingness to learn new tools and software. Basic understanding of Bloomberg and ESG data providers is a plus.

Attributes: Highly organized selfmotivated and energetic with a strong results orientation.
Communication: Ability to effectively communicate and work professionally with colleagues at all levels and with external clients.
