• Aim: Lead complex crossfunctional projects from concept to deployment collaborating closely with our multidisciplinary teams to deeply understand client needs and translate them into robust futureready architectures. You will continuously enhance your teams capabilities by implementing best practices in areas such as API design data modelling and DevOps all while aligning with hedgehog labs focus on scalable and futureready solutions.

About you:

• 5 years of experience as a fullstack developer with expertise in both Python and Node.js
  
• Handson experience with modern web frameworks (Django Flask Express NestJS)
• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases ORMs and data modelling best practices
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts and experience integrating AI/ML components into web and mobile applications
• Expertise in developing and implementing endtoend solutions from concept to deployment
• Strong project management skills and the ability to lead crossfunctional teams
• Passion for staying uptodate with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies
• Excellent problemsolving skills and a drive to continuously learn and improve

Our interview process:

1 Intro Call with a member of the Talent team Holly (30 minutes Google Meet)

2 First stage interview with the hiring manager (30 minutes Google Meet)

3 Take home tech test (no deadline simply return when youre happy)

4 Final stage interview with at least 2 member of the hiring team (60 minutes Google Meet)
