As the Tax Administrator you will be primarily responsible for timely and accurately processing all incoming tax correspondence managing property tax invoices and overall support for the tax team. Major ActivitiesReceives identifies and sorts all incoming tax mail on a daily basisMonitor track receipt prepare payment and store notices and property tax billsMaintain electronic filing systems in alignment with company policies and proceduresEfile sales and use returns ensuring all filings are done on a timely basisGenerate tax related forms such as W9 and exemptions certificate requestsMaintain customer tax exemption records ensuring accuracy and completenessProvide administrative support to various tax team members as neededSupport the tax team handling tasks such as courier arrangements and mail pickupThe Successful Tax Administrator will possess the following competencies education and experiences:Degree or Certificate in accounting finance or related field (preferred).2 years experience in similar roleSpecialized Trade Requirements and Other JobRelated SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)Excellent oral and written communication abilities for interactions with various stakeholdersStrong attention to detail and accuracySelfstarter with both independent and team collaboration capabilities.Strong organizational and timemanagement skillsMust be flexible and accountable when there are approaching deadlines
