Job Description
In this role you will be responsible for the development operation and maintenance of internal systems within the department in charge of system development.
Role and Responsibilities
- Integration development and maintenance of internal systems
- Maintenance of various core systems within the company (finance accounting sales management attendance expenses human resources and talent management)
- System modification and response (from requirements definition design construction and maintenance to development of system interconnections)
- Support for operational design that resolves issues in different departments and development of various tools
- Handling general system inquiries from users
- Handling client projects

Minimum Requirements

- Over 3 years of experience as a system engineer or programmer (regardless of language)
- At least 1 year of experience in database design and development (Postgres MySQL etc.)
- Basic knowledge of at least one core system (finance accounting sales management attendance expenses human resources)
Preferred Requirements

- Possession of vendorspecific database certification
- Experience with Java JavaScript VBA
- Experience in system development with a focus on improving business efficiency
- Experience as a project leader

- The estimated annual income is just a rough figure and may fluctuate during the selection process.
- Annual salary increase (based on evaluation criteria) : 1 year

- Fixed overtime allowance : 30000 yen (paid regardless of actual overtime)
Hours: 9:00 18:00
Flex Time is available after probation (7:00 22:00)
Shift work may be required depending on the project.
