Responsibilities
- Cold Calling:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients in the software industry to introduce products and services.
- Identify decisionmakers and engage them in meaningful conversations to generate interest.
- Lead Generation:
- Research and identify potential leads within target markets.
- Qualify leads based on set criteria and pass them on to the sales team.
- Product Knowledge:
- Develop a deep understanding of the software products and services offered.
- Effectively communicate product features and benefits during calls.
- Sales Support:
- Schedule appointments and followup calls for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in the CRM system.
- Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to nurture longterm opportunities.
- Address client queries and concerns during the initial contact phase.
- Performance Tracking:
- Meet and exceed daily weekly and monthly targets for calls leads and conversions.
- Provide regular reports on cold calling performance and insights to improve strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in any field
- 2 years of sales experience
- Background in developing sales pitches and processes from beginning to end
- Selfmotivated goaloriented and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proven experience in cold calling within the software or IT industry.
