Responsibilities

• Cold Calling:
  • Make outbound calls to potential clients in the software industry to introduce products and services.
  • Identify decisionmakers and engage them in meaningful conversations to generate interest.

• Lead Generation:
  • Research and identify potential leads within target markets.
  • Qualify leads based on set criteria and pass them on to the sales team.

• Product Knowledge:
  • Develop a deep understanding of the software products and services offered.
  • Effectively communicate product features and benefits during calls.

• Sales Support:
  • Schedule appointments and followup calls for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in the CRM system.

• Relationship Building:
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to nurture longterm opportunities.
  • Address client queries and concerns during the initial contact phase.

• Performance Tracking:
  • Meet and exceed daily weekly and monthly targets for calls leads and conversions.
  • Provide regular reports on cold calling performance and insights to improve strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in any field
• 2 years of sales experience
• Background in developing sales pitches and processes from beginning to end
• Selfmotivated goaloriented and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proven experience in cold calling within the software or IT industry.
