Chief Marketing Officer

We are looking to hire a Chief Finance Officer for one of our clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field (Masters degree or MBA preferred)
• Minimum of 810 years of experience in marketing with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
• Strong understanding of digital marketing branding and customer acquisition strategies
• Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve complex business challenges
• Experience in budget management and maximizing ROI on marketing investments
• Knowledge of market research data analysis and the ability to leverage insights to drive decisions Strong network within the marketing community and industry

Responsibilities:

• Analyze how the business is positioned in the market and crystallize consumer insights
• Translate brand strategies into brand plans brand positioning and market strategies
• Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns and assess them against goals
• Monitor market trends research consumer markets and analyze competitor activities to identify opportunities and key issues
• Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with the product strategy
• Align the company around the brands direction choices and tactics.
• Control the marketing budget/spending within the companydefined budget
• Analyze potential strategic partnerships for brand marketing and commercial delivery
• Lead and develop the marketing team and provide a suitable succession planning strategy
