Start Date: 19 September 2024
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 20:00
Training: 3 months in the office 9:00 18:00
Base Salary: 4000 BGN
Performance Bonus: Up to 300 BGN

Location: Sofia Bulgaria

What You Bring:

• Exceptional phone and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in Dutch (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in English
• Experience in travel airline or hospitality industries (a plus)
• Experience in a customer experience center (a plus)
• Strong typing and computer skills (MS Office)
• Organizational decisionmaking and analytical skills
• A positive teamoriented attitude
• High school education
