About the Role:
As a Change Manager you will play a critical role in overseeing and supporting the rollout of services solutions and initiatives across a global platform. You will collaborate with senior product management and technical teams to define and execute change management processes. Your goal will be to increase adoption and ensure smooth transitions for both structural and cultural changes within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement change management strategies that align with business goals.
- Engage with stakeholders across all levels to ensure effective communication and alignment.
- Create and execute comprehensive communication and training plans to support change adoption.
- Document new processes manage feedback and provide support resources.
- Collaborate with product management and technical teams to prioritize change management needs.
- Establish metrics and reporting to measure the success of change initiatives.
- Support teams in delivering changes in iterations and program increments following the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Participate in demos reviews retrospectives and other team sessions to drive continuous improvement.
About You:
- 8 years of experience in product project and change management roles.
- Strong proficiency in change management principles methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with diverse and global teams.
- Technical background or experience working with technical teams and products/services.
- Experience with Jira Confluence or similar work management systems.
- Passion for technology people and customer experience.
- Ability to facilitate meetings manage documentation and support teams in a fastpaced environment.
Bonus Points:
- Certification in Change Management (e.g. Prosci ACMP).
- Certification in Scrum or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Experience working with platform engineering or DevOps teams.
- Previous experience as a Software Developer Product Manager/Owner or similar agile role.
- Experience coordinating multigeo changes with global considerations.
