Do stuff that matters Join our product team and help us digitise the energy industry and make renewable energy accessible everywhere. As a Senior Product Manager in our team you will develop pioneering flexibility products for HEMS and electromobility throughout Europe. Set new standards with us and drive forward a forwardlooking topic in our product portfolio!

• You identify together with our market expert in the team the potential of flexibility marketing in different european countries and translate this into an attractive productsetup for our customers and their end customers
• You recognise and evaluate new opportunities for marketing householdrelated flexibilities such as batteries and electric vehicles in different european countries
• You evaluate in cooperation with internal teams the role of gridX for the topic of flexibility marketing holistically and discuss recommendations with the Head of Product and the CLevel
• You are responsible for the vision lifecycle roadmap and commercial success of our flexrelated product offering
• You define and analyse metrics and KPIs that inform product development success and enable profitable growth
• You will work with the flex engineering team on a daily basis to ensure the success of the products
• You support the sales and marketing teams with all relevant content to ensure a smooth launch of new products

This is how you and your application stand out

• You have already gained several years of extensive experience as a product or solution manager or product owner in the fields of energy flexibility marketing or IoT in an agile environment
• You have a keen interest and strong ambition to drive the energy transition forward and are enthusiastic about innovative solutions and topics
• You are goaloriented and can empathise well with customers problems and wishes
• You have strong communication organisational and interpersonal skills
• An independent analytical and pragmatic way of working without losing sight of the big picture is a matter of course for you
• Very good German and English skills round off your profile
