Engineer

• Manage project cost estimates engineering document compilations calculations and attachments for later use.
• Work together with the project contractors and structural design consultants.
• Make innovative research proposals for the company's benefit in terms of process and design enhancements.
• Examine and evaluate both the new and existing material specifications.
• Carry out budgeting cost estimating measurements and quantity takeoffs (QTO).
• Report on costs and analyze them taking value engineering into account.
• While maintaining code compliance engage in innovation research and design optimization.
• Organize duties and undertakings pertaining to engineering innovation initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Has a bachelor's degree in CIVIL ENGINEERING.
• Minimum of 3 YEARS of relevant experience.
• Proficient in using MSOffice AutoCAD Revit or others.
