• Assess the severity of injuries or illnesses and determine whether further medical treatment is needed.
• Respond quickly to medical emergencies, ensuring appropriate care and facilitating the transfer to hospitals or clinics when necessary.

2- Health Monitoring and Wellness Programs:

• Conduct regular health check-ups and monitor workers' general health and well-being, especially those performing physically demanding tasks.
• Administer vaccinations, health screenings, and preventive care programs to promote worker health and reduce absenteeism.
• Educate employees on personal health, hygiene, and safety practices relevant to the construction environment.
