Showroom Manager

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage the overall operations of the paint showroom.
  
• Ensure a visually appealing and organized showroom layout.
  
• Oversee inventory management restocking and product displays.
  
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and address their inquiries.
  
• Guide customers in product selection and offer expert advice on paint choices.
  
• Resolve customer concerns and issues in a timely and effective manner.
  
• Lead motivate and train showroom staff to achieve sales target.
  
• Schedule and coordinate staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage.
  
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
  
• Monitor industry trends and recommend product enhancements.
  
• Generate regular reports on showroom performance and sales metrics.
  
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail management preferably in the paint industry.
  
• Must have knowledge in Automotive paint (preferably Sikkens brand).
  
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
  
• Excellent communication and problem solving abilities.
  
• Familiarity with inventory management systems.
  
• Resultsdriven with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  
• Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or related field.
  
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a managerial role.
