Performance Marketing Manager

Note: This role does not offer visa sponsorship. We are only looking for candidates in Germany who speak German Language (Native/C1 or C2).

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Take primary responsibility for the marketing domain.
  
• Serve as the interface between internal teams including management project & event management and sponsorship/partners.
  
• Develop and execute comprehensive and innovative campaigns across both online and offline channels.
  
• Independently manage and optimize ads on platforms like Meta TikTok and Google.
  
• Handle the technical setup of Ads Manager accounts Pixels GTM and related tools.
  
• Coordinate and schedule posts across all channels ensuring clear communication with the team when necessary.
  

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on the event or festival industry.
  
• Advanced proficiency in Google Tag Manager Meta Ads Google Ads and TikTok Ads.
  
• Strong understanding of metrics such as cost per click cost per purchase and classic funnel analytics.
  
• Creative skills for ad creation are a plus but not essential.
  
• Fluent in German with C1C2 level proficiency required.
  
• A team player with the ability to work independently paying close attention to detail.
  
• Experience in the technical setup and management of ads across multiple platforms.
  
• Familiarity with key performance marketing metrics.
