In collaboration we areworking with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a Pashto/Afganspeaking Content Moderator for their Lisbon office.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reviewing Reported Content: Examine reported content including images videos text and ads to ensure compliance with legal standards and platform policies.
- Assessing Ads: Evaluate advertisements to confirm they meet legal regulations and are free from misleading inappropriate or harmful content.
- Investigating Violations: Conduct investigations into reported violations using internal tools and resources to verify claims and determine appropriate actions.
- Maintaining Compliance: Ensure that all content and ads meet legal requirements and platform guidelines addressing any issues or inconsistencies.
- Documenting and Reporting: Keep detailed records of moderation activities and prepare reports on findings including any trends or patterns in reported content.
- Collaborating with Teams: Work closely with legal and compliance teams to address complex issues and support policy development.
- Providing Feedback: Offer insights and recommendations for improving content moderation processes and policies based on your observations.
- Adapting to Changes: Stay updated on changes in legal regulations and platform policies to ensure ongoing compliance and effectiveness in content moderation.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native/fluent in Pashto/Afgan and English both oral and written
- Upperintermediate level of English (B2)
- Computer literate with the ability to adopt new knowledge quickly
- Comfortable with reviewing content that may be deemed inappropriate violent and/or contain explicit material without bias
- Strong critical and contextual thinking skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with high volumes and changing demands
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as a part of the team
