Responsibilities:

Providing technical support to our clients by phone email and other communication channels

Managing requests and solving problems related to our products and services

Ensuring effective communication between the client and internal departments to guarantee client satisfaction

Monitoring and followup of customer requests until they are fully resolved

Collaboration with the production and logistics team to provide accurate and uptodate information to customers about the status of orders and delivery terms

Realization of production plans depending on the volume of orders

Your Profile:

Intermediate level knowledge of German and advanced level of English

Previous professional experience in customer relations

Previous experience in the automotive field

Operating skills in the Microsoft Office package and the PPS order management system
