Tasks

• You take over the dunning process at Lumiform.
• You ensure that all our customers are assigned to the correct subscriptions.
• You make sure that our customers receive the correct invoices.
• You prepare the accounting for our external accounting office.
• You process incoming invoices so that they can be paid with one click.
• You will be coached by and work closely with our experienced Finance Manager.
• You are in constant contact with our tax office and clarify all billing matters directly with our customers.
• You occasionally support our Finance Manager with strategic financial topics such as forecasting or financial analysis.
• We work from a beautiful office in Berlin Mitte where you will take over office management.
• You will take care of incoming mail.Independently of the finance area you will occasionally work on special projects such as analysis and research.

Requirements

• You are a student.
• You have already gained some work experience through an internship or similar.
• You are fluent in German and English.
• You live in Berlin.
• You can work 20 hours per week for Lumiform.
• You are willing to take on a wide variety of tasks.
• You are very interested in gaining practical experience in the field of finance.
• You love numbers.
• You are very meticulous.You have an eye for detail.
• You are highly organized.
