Job Description

For our in Germany located client an international and innovative manufacturer of filter media and systems we are currently looking for a motivated Sales Manager (all genders) Filtration to set up and expand existing and new business activities in the Netherlands and Belgium.

Tasks

  • Technical customer advice and sales of customerspecific filter media and systems (including filter cloths filter bags and filter belts)
  • Sales responsibility in the sales area (Netherlands and Belgium) in the amount of 2 million euros in close cooperation with the internal sales department
  • Independent development of medium and longterm customer acquisition strategies as well as international market potential
  • Acquisition of new customers & existing customers
  • Proactive and independent customer advice in terms of transparent contract processes and occurring costs
  • Leading negotiations about prices conditions and contracts as well as complaint management
  • Offer creation and followup as well as the systemside processing of orders
  • Direct reporting line to the Sales Leader
  • Coordination at the interface between internal sales and the technical department
  • Continuous observation of market events and the early identification of relevant trends
  • Participation in trade fairs

Requirements

  • Successfully completed technical vocational training or a degree in engineering or comparable
  • Technical sales (field service) experience in industrial filtration technology desirable (preferably in process filtration or general process engineering)
  • Passionate about providing technical advice on products that require explanation
  • Strong service mentality high customer orientation and communication skills
  • Team player mentality very high selfmotivation curiosity flexibility and strong communication skills
  • Fluent oral and written English skills
  • Class B driving license
  • Willingness to travel in the Netherlands and Belgium (approximately three days per week)
