Email Marketing Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing strategies to drive engagement. This role requires a datadriven mindset creativity and a deep understanding of email marketing best practices.

Tasks

• Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing campaigns to support content distribution.
• Create test and optimize email content including copy images and CTAs to improve open rates clickthrough rates and conversions.
• Segment and manage email lists to ensure targeted and personalized communication.
• Monitor and analyze email campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
• Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling email content and visuals.
• Ensure all email communications comply with relevant regulations including CANSPAM and GDPR.
• Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline email marketing processes and workflows.
• Stay uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in email marketing and incorporate them into Xavors strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or in a similar role preferably in the IT services industry.
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools.
• Strong understanding of email marketing metrics and analytics.
• Creative and strategic thinker with strong problemsolving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced teamoriented environment.
