Project Manager

Requirements:

• Experience in project management and supervision
• Experience in copy editing and proofing with an eye for design managing graphic designers and copywriters (collaterals brochures flyers) creative content and design creative production/design production
• Working knowledge of employee benefits and/or health care is a plus
• Exceptional computer skills with knowledge of Word and Excel
• Experienced in interfacing with internal and external clients
• Ability to multitask while working both independently and with a team
• Have a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
  
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Have a coownership and coaccountability attitude over projects
• Amenable to working on a midshift (EMEA) schedule.
• Amenable to work in a hybrid setup (2x WFH/week) in BGC Taguig

Job Description:

• Work with all departments (client teams and communication) to coordinate schedule and track
  all elements of the project
• Triage the requirements of H&B to assess the delivery approach
• Primary liaison between H&B internal clients and GRC production designers
• Provide accurate turnaround time estimates and project status of assigned work using JIRA Workfront Proof etc.
• Review work from GRC to ensure edits are well handled prior to handoff to H&B
• Monitor and inform the internal team of all ongoing projects and incoming job requests
• Effectively manage a high volume of assignments and tight deadlines
