Designer - Branding Social Media And Website Management

We are looking for a creative and strategic Designer to enhance our brand presence across digital platforms. If you have a passion for design and are skilled in managing social media and website content we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Branding & Visual Identity:
   • Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all digital channels.
   • Design logos icons and other visual elements that resonate with our brand ethos.
   • Create brand guidelines to ensure consistency in all visual communications.
2. Social Media Management:
   • Design visually appealing graphics for social media posts advertisements and campaigns.
   • Plan schedule and manage content across various social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn Twitter Facebook Instagram).
   • Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize content performance and engagement.
3. Website Design & Management:
   • Design and update website pages to ensure a modern userfriendly experience.
   • Collaborate with web developers to implement design changes and updates.
   • Optimize website graphics and layouts for performance and mobile responsiveness.
4. Content Creation:
   • Work closely with the marketing team to create compelling visual content including infographics brochures and presentations.
   • Produce video content and animations to enhance social media and website engagement.
5. Project Management:
   • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
   • Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to align design efforts with business goals.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts or related field.
• Experience:
  • 3 years of experience in graphic design branding and social media management.
  • Proven track record of managing website design and updates.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite Figma Sketch Wordpress).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their design requirements.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • Excellent visual storytelling and creative thinking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
