Reporting Specialist

An opening for a Remote Reporting Specialist has just opened up. The Reporting Specialists primary responsibility will be to create and update detailed reports that aid in the analysis of our performance measures and the formulation of organizational decisions.

The ideal applicant can take complex data sets and turn them into concise practical recommendations.

Primary Duties:

Regularly compile evaluate and disseminate departmental performance reports.

Take part in data collection trend identification and presentation efforts with interdisciplinary teams.

Create and execute systems to keep tabs on KPIs (key performance indicators).

Make sure that all reporting operations are accurate and maintain data integrity.

Make better use of data visualization tools to make reports easier to understand and convey.

Requirements:

A bachelors degree is required in a discipline that is relevant to the position (e.g. marketing statistics data analytics).

A background of at least two years working as a data analyst or reporter.

Skill with reporting tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI) and data management software (e.g. SQL Excel).

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Capacity to operate autonomously in a distant setting.
