Our Hospital is seeking a FullTime Physical Therapist to work the Day Shift in our Clinic. The FullTime PT will:

• Be responsible for outpatient and inpatient evaluations assessments plans of care and ongoing physical therapy treatments as prescribed by a licensed physician
• Administer treatment plan of care in an effort to restore function and prevent disability following injury disease or physical disability
• Document in a timely manner all patientrelated information and ensure that patients are charged correctly per departmental and insurance carrier guidelines
• Participate in departmental operational activities such as the budget clinical quality clinical education infection control departmental safety and teambuilding programs

Must Haves:

• Bachelors degree is required (Masters or Doctorate Preferred)
  
• North Carolina Board of Physical Therapy License
• American Heart Association BLS is required within 30 days of hire
