Job Description:

The Weld Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all welding activities within the facility ensuring adherence to safety standards quality control and production schedules. This role involves managing a team of welders coordinating with other departments and implementing best practices in welding operations to achieve highquality results and efficient production processes.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelors degree in Welding Technology Mechanical Engineering or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a welder with at least 5 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Certification in welding processes and safety standards (e.g. AWS ASME) is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of welding techniques materials and equipment.
• Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints technical drawings and welding specifications.
• Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using welding and measurement tools and instruments.
