Job Summary

CUSTOMER is looking to bolster its core team with an experienced IT Project Manager. As an IT Project Manager you will play a pivotal role in a highpriority initiative working alongside a talented team to explore the feasibility of introducing a new core system. You will lead the IT and Test stream overseeing 10 important workstreams critical to the success of the program. Your decisions and leadership during this phase will shape the programs direction for years to come.

Skills/Experience needed

Proven experience as an IT project manager with a strong background in the insurance industry particularly in business transformation and Lumera Core.

Experience in previous business transformations driven by core system changes within insurance.

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders including Business Analysts IT Developers Testers and Architects.

Ability to develop approaches and plans for integrating Lumera Core with other systems such as master data systems trading systems cash flow systems and accounting systems.

Experience in developing IT development strategies test strategies and environments.

Strong project management skills including planning change management and decisionmaking.

Selfdriven with a high sense of responsibility for timely and highquality deliverables.

Language Skills: English and Swedish

Customer is a financial institute where confidence is of great importance. A high ethical standard is an integrated part and for that reason customer has specific consultant requirements regarding security.

All staff provided by an external company to the customer shall be in line with the following screening before they can start:

Confirm identification Verify the consultant s identity by a valid ID

Confirm education Verify the highest level of education on the consultant s CV

Confirm previous employments At least two references from previous employers must be contacted personally

Check of financial background Verify the consultant s financial background by a credit register check UC

Business engagement Check for possible consultant s business engagements and eventual previous liquidations

Check of criminal record The consultant must order and present his /her criminal record

Benefits

Weekly Hours: 40 Hours.
