Job Description

Hiring Immediately Warranty Clerk and Service Administrator!

We are seeking an Administrator to handle Warranty submissions and Service scheduling for our client Outten Kia in Hamburg PA. Sales are on the rise and our client needs a proven administrator to help our service team serving their customers. You will be joining a dealership with an energetic team a motivated executive team with resources to help you succeed and a fantastic community reputation.

REQUIREMENTS

Previous automotive experience is NOT REQUIRED for this position administrative experience preferred. Qualified candidates will have a proven track record of handling customers and administrative tasks in a fastpaced environment. We are looking for someone who works hard communicates clearly and is interested in a real career with long term potential not just a job.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Submit warranty claims via the Kia dealer portal.
  • Field calls web leads emails and walkin customers seeking appointment scheduling.
  • Handle cashiering for customers.
  • Monitor and distribute service loaner vehicles.
  • Assist management with tasks as assigned.
