Job Description
We are looking for a Retail Sales Officer Counter Sales to join our team in the Gems & Jewellery industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and driving sales at the retail counter.
Responsibilities:
. Greet and assist customers as they enter the store
. Provide product information and assist customers in making purchase decisions
. Maintain a clean and organized retail counter
. Process sales transactions and handle cash and card payments
. Meet and exceed sales targets
. Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
Requirements:
- 01 year of retail sales experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of gems and jewellery is a plus
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Customerfocused and salesdriven mindset
- Basic computer skills for processing sales transactions
